A nine-year-old English bulldog named Zsa Zsa is the winner of the 2018 World's ugliest Dog contest. Zsa Zsa took the crown Saturday night in the annual competition in the San Francisco Bay area. Her owner, Megan Brainard of Anok, Minnesota will receive 15-hundred dollars. This is the 30th year the "beauty" contest has been held in Petaluma, California.
