Namaste all day! A 46-year-old flight attendant from the UK who fell off a cruise ship this past weekend credits yoga and singing for helping her stay calm--and alive--as she was stranded in the Adriatic Sea alone for 10 hours. "She said the fact that she practices yoga helped her as she was fit," a rescue official told The Telegraph about 46-year-old Kay Longstaff's ordeal.
"And she said she was singing to not feel cold in the sea overnight." Longstaff added in a brief TV interview, "These wonderful guys rescued me...I'm lucky to be alive." Meanwhile, The Sun reports that Longstaff went overboard late Saturday night after apparently having a "drunken row" with her partner.
