Toll rates on the Delaware Memorial Bridge are now up. The toll rates went up today at midnight, raising the price from four to five dollars. The increase is expected to generate more than 30-million-dollars for the state's Capital Improvement Program. Officials say there may be some delays overnight as workers transition to the new toll rate.
