UD Professor's Research Ignites PETA Complaint

PETA is speaking out against the research of a professor at the University of Delaware.  The animal rights group sent complaint letters this week to the school's president and a major research funder of Dr. Tania Roth.  Roth uses rats to study how early life stressors can alter the brains of children.  The group accuses the experiments of being cruel towards the animals.  The university says they follow all guidelines from the NIH Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare.
