Cereal lovers eating keto may be missing their breakfast staple, or trying to get by with a homemade sludge of seeds, nuts, and oil. That’s because most regular store-bought cereals have tons of sugar, GMOs and of course, all those carbs.
But now there’s Magic Spoon, a new keto-friendly cereal that tastes like knock-offs of the stuff we loved as kids, without all the keto no-nos. Magic Spoon comes in four flavors: Fruity, Cinnamon, Cocoa, and Frosted and they’re all made with a protein blend, coconut oil, and a special sweetener blend of monk fruit, stevia, and allulose.
And they’re alleged to be really tasty, like so good that you won’t realize they’re not regular cereal. Each serving has 110 calories, 12 grams of protein, and just three grams of net carbs. The downside? It’s a bit pricier than your average cereal and will set you back $39for a four-box case.
