It's National Mental Health Awarness Month. Let's Talk.

I'm Kyle McMahon. Let's Talk.

I've talked at length about struggling with anxiety throughout my life. Through talking about what I was going through I built a support system of loved ones and professionals that got me through. In doing that, anxiety no longer defines me. Today, I see it as comparable to someone with diabetes - it is totally manageable.

You are not alone. May is National Mental Health Awareness Month and to help get the conversation started for the 25% of Americans who struggle with anxiety or depression, iHeart Radio has partnered with the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the Child Mind Institute to launch the Let's Talk campaign. They have created a platform available to anyone 24/7 to find information and resources designed to help you manage your anxiety or depression and help to lessen the stigma.

Visit, iHeartRadio.com/Talk to start your own journey.
