Delaware's High School Graduation Rate Rising

(Dover, DE) -- Delaware's high school graduation rate continues to rise. Department of Education officials say the number hit a record high in 2018, while the state's dropout rate slightly declined. The total number of grads last year rose from over 85-percent to over 86-percent. The dropout rate went from 1.71-percent to about 1.68-percent.
