Rumbl Hosts A Contest With $10,000 In Prizes

Social Media app Rumbl hosts video contest with $10,000 in prizes; Kyle McMahon joins the judges panel.

If you haven't used it yet, Rumbl is a social media platform that makes creating videos easy. No matter if you create a channel on your favorite TV show or a travel vlog, you get 60 seconds per video (called "episode") to say or show whatever it is that your heart desires.

My own Rumbl account features Pop Culture Minute, giving you all the hot stories in movies, music, tv and pop culture in just 60 seconds. Other Rumbl-ers do everything from local journalism to daily vlogs to reviews and everything in between.

The 360Encore contest allows you to pick your favorite area of storytelling or journalism and get to creating!

There is up to $10,000 in prizes including a 1st place prize of $400, 2nd place of $2500 and 3rd place of $1000. Additionally, there are various prizes for Audience Choice, Internet Virality, Best Collab & Best Set.

Besides myself, the judging panel also features Shefik of NBC Sports and Claire Seaton of the Pulitzer Center. We will be judging videos based on 6 criteria: Originality, Creativity, Compliance, Relevance, Consistency & Quality.

Registration is open now and the contest ends February 9th 2020 at 11:59p PST.

You can register for the 360Encore contest right here for your chance at $10,000 in prizes! Good luck to all the creators! We can't wait to see your submissions!
