Want to get your workout on but can’t -or don’t feel like- hitting the gym? There are all kinds of activities you can do that don’t require a fitness facility. These are some easy ways to burn 100 calories and the best part? You don’t have to put on your workout gear and you might not even break a sweat.

  • Clean your house- Break out the broom and mop and get busy and in 25 minutes of cleaning, you’ll burn 100 calories and your home will look better for it, too.
  • Go window shopping- Just 33 minutes of walking and browsing will burn 100 calories.
