1. Three-time gold medal snowboarder Shaun White said the Beijing Olympics would be his last snowboarding competition and that he would retire from all contests.

2. Team USA marched into the Beijing National Stadium during the 2022 Winter Olympic Opening Ceremony to a familiar, but a rather random tune: “Pomp and Circumstance” aka “The Graduation Song.” This was only the half of it! Other songs that played during the Parade of Nations also included, “The William Tell Overture” and the “Dance of The Sugar Plum Fairy” from “The Nutcracker.”

3. Kylie Jenner gave birth to her second child with Travis Scott. She didn’t reveal the baby’s gender, but "Page Six" confirmed that it's a boy. According to the Insta-announcement, the child made his or her earthly debut on February 2nd. That’s the day after his or her big sister, Stormi, celebrated her fourth birthday.
