"Yellowstone" Spinoff Is Confirmed With Annette Bening Joining Cast

“Yellowstone” fans better saddle up because Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser are officially back as Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler in their brand-new spinoff series. “People” confirmed the project, currently titled “The Dutton Ranch,” which will also bring back Finn Little as their adopted son Carter. Annette Bening has joined the cast too, marking her TV debut as Beulah Jackson, described as a “powerful, cunning and charming head of a major ranch in Texas.” The logline reveals, “Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler are grateful for the peace they sought, fought, and nearly died for with their 7-thousand-acre Dutton Ranch.” But the drama isn’t over, they’ll face “tough times and stiff competition” while guiding Carter into the man he’s meant to be. The series picks up after the Duttons’ battle to protect their land, with familiar faces expected to pop up along the way.
