Say hello to Bilbo. This friendly 3-year-old guy is looking for a loving family of his own. He is starting to learn basic obedience (sit, down, wait all with duration). He has done well in playgroups and loves his kongs in his kennel. He is doing well with crate training. For an introduction, please bring your family and any dogs in the home to the shelter for a meet and greet. Bilbo is waiting for you at Brandywine Valley SPCA's brand new Copeland Center for Animal Welfare in New Castle!
