For those traveling on Route 13 tonight who may just happen to get stuck traffic, please remember why. Tonight memorial services will be held for Lieutenant Floyd at Delaware State University from 5 to 9.
Attendees who do not have a Delaware State University parking pass, should park at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino.
Funeral services will be held at Delaware State University Saturday morning from 8 to Noon. Around 12pm, the funeral procession will leave the school and proceed to Barratt's Chapel in Frederica.
