While some people like to vacation in a European city, or spend their getaway soaking in the sun on a beach, there are lotS of folks who just love the idea of taking a cruise. But with so many different cruise likes out there, how do you know which will be the best one for you?
Well, Cruise Critic just came out with their 2017 Cruisers' Choice Awards, which may make it easier next time you’re planning a vacation on the open seas. Cruise Critic’s winners are based on ratings and reviews collected during a 12-month period, and if you have kids, it sounds like you can’t go wrong booking a Disney Cruise.
Disney nabbed eight top honors, including Best Overall Large Ship for the Disney Dream and Best Overall Mid-Size ship for the Disney Magic.Other top cruise lines include Viking Ocean Cruises, which was tops in ten categories, and Celebrity Cruise Line's Galapagos-based ship, Celebrity Xpedition, which earned six top honors in the Small Ship class.
