Many studies have suggested that beautiful people earn more money than their less attractive peers. However, a new study published in the Journal of Business and Psychology suggests that life is actually even more unfair: It claims that attractive people get paid more because they also tend to be healthier, smarter, extraverted, more conscientious, and less neurotic. "Physically more attractive workers may earn more, not necessarily because they are more beautiful, but because they are healthier, more intelligent, and have better personality traits conducive to higher earnings," the researchers concluded in a statement about the study. Ugh.
