GOP congressional leaders could take the wraps off their Obamacare replacement plan this week.
An aide tells "Fox News" health care committees from both houses have been working with the White House to finalize the proposal. Republican Senator Rand Paul, along with Democratic lawmakers, are complaining about the secrecy of the process.
House Speaker Paul Ryan, Health and Human Services secretary Tom Price and Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney took part in a conference call Saturday to help "close out open issues."
