Details are important, folks. Just ask Brianna Davis, who got a call from her sister that sent her into a panic last Wednesday: "Hurry up and get here. The maintenance cleaned out our apartment they trashed everything." When she got back to her Jacksonville, Florida flat, she found her home empty, aside from her bed frame.
It turns out the maintenance staff went into Davis' apartment - 223 - instead of the apartment they were supposed to, 213.
Davis still hasn't gotten her stuff back, or any money to cover her loses, but it turns out the person who gave approval for people to go into her apartment could face possible burglary and theft charges.
