We can now get a true idea of the devastation of the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon.
The FBI has released archival photos of the damage to the building and emergency response. The 27 pictures are part of the agency’s “vault” and can be seen HERE. They depict massive holes in the building and airplane as well as office debris scattered everywhere.
The plane hit an area of the building that was under renovation and relatively empty. If it hadn’t been, the death toll would have been staggering. Source: ABC News
