New Jersey Teen Gets into Eight IVY League Schools

A New Jersey teenager has gotten into all eight Ivy League schools:  Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Columbia, the University of Pennsylvania,  Princeton, Dartmouth, and Brown. Ifeoma White-Thorpe was shaking when  she got the eighth letter. "I was like, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, like  this might be eight out of eight and I clicked it and it said  'Congratulations' and I was like oh my goodness!" she tells CNN  affiliate WABC-TV.

The 17-year-old senior and student government  president at Morris Hills High School hasn't decided which school she  wants to go to, but plans on studying biology and pursuing a career in  global health. She was motivated to apply to all of the Ivy Leave  schools because they "have great research facilities." S

he's got other  elite options, however, if she decides that an Ivy League school isn't  really her style: White-Thorpe also got into Stanford.
