Google Adds International Space Station Street View-Ever wanted to get an upclose look at the International Space Station without the hassle of traveling into space?
Yesterday Google added the ISS to its Street View map tool for the first time ever. It offers 360-degree views of the station and its many modules. In case you’re wondering how they did it without all the heavy cameras, European Space Agency astronaut Thomas Pesquet was enlisted by Google to capture the panoramic images of the ISS’ interior needed to add it to Street View. He did it using the many cameras and equipment already on board.
You can see it here.
