I saw this on YAHOO this AM and laughed out loud with delight.
The Disco Dog vest is part of a Kickstarter campaign. It comes complete with an app that allows you to customize the message AND should your dog run off the signal will be lost. Have no fear. The message then changes to "Lost Dog."
Party New York - the company manufacturing needs about $15,000. Currently, they've received $4000.
The downside the canine accessory is running about $300 for a small and $400 for a large.
