Still not sure what you want to be for Halloween this year? KFC has you covered. This year they’ve created vintage-inspired Colonel Sanders costumes and limited-edition trick-or-treat buckets to collect all that candy in.
The Colonel costume is a throwback to the cheap costumes kids wore back in the ‘70s and ‘80s, complete with the vacuum-molded plastic mask and a vinyl bib made to look like that famous white suit. You can get them for $5 each at KFC’s online merchandise shop, KFCLimited.com. Just make sure you order by October 23 to get yours in time for Halloween.
To get your hands on one of those Halloween trick-or-treat buckets, you have to head into a KFC location starting Friday, October 27th. They’re giving them away for free, but fans need to show some “Halloween spirit” and costumes are encouraged. The buckets look just like the buckets the chicken comes in, but they’re decorated with designs showing the Colonel dressed in Halloween costumes like astronaut, cat, and pirate. If you’re dressing up as Colonel Sanders, this would definitely complete the costume!
