The reports are now coming in daily!Officers are getting clown sighting calls all over town with scary clowns just walking down the street.
ne teenager was arrested, dressed like a clown, and threatening children while waving a club. The top cop calls it "crazy" and a major problem. With only a staff of 15, Wagner says the clown calls are taking away from other important police calls.
Wagner thinks most of the people donning the costume are doing it for attention.
