Television hosts; they’re just like the rest of us. So much so, that Alex Trebek has revealed he once suffered a bad trip after accidentally eating some pot brownies. “I had just arrived in California and went to a friend’s house for dinner, and there were brownies,” the 77-year-old Jeopardy! host tells The Daily Beast. “And…whoa. That threw me for a loop. I took down about a half-dozen.”
Trebek goes on to explain he wasn’t able to leave his house for the next two days. He adds, “It was not a good trip, and I have not done any of that stuff since!”
