Taco Bell is currently testing out a "California Loaded Fries Burrito" at its stores in Charleston, West Virginia. A typical "California Burrito" (which has long been a local fave in San Diego) comes loaded with French fries, meat, cheese, guacamole, and salsa. Foodbeast reports that Taco Bell's version includes ground beef as the protein of choice and nacho cheese and sour cream instead of shredded cheese.
The California Loaded Fries Burrito" costs $1.99 each and will be available in Charleston until late December. The San Diego Tribute notes that back in October, Blink-182 singer (and San Diego native) Mark Hoppus complained to Taco Bell via Twitter about its lack of French fries. The fast-food chain teased the possibility by responding, "That might change soon, Mark."
