On Monday night, Arielle Bonnici drove up to a Long Island courthouse to answer a summons she’d been issued for marijuana possession. She proceeded to park in the police chief’s spot, which caught the attention of a few officers who were in the vicinity. When they asked Bonnici to roll down her window, they realized she was smoking pot.
“It was like Cheech and Chong, all the smoke coming out of the car,” Northport Police Chief Bill Ricca told Newsday. Bonnici was again charged with marijuana possession, and is due again in court for both cases on January 29. Will she go for the hat trick? Find out next month!
