Disney is looking grab most of a coveted company this week.
The House of Mouse is rumored to be in the final stages to buy most of 21st Century Fox, the company owned by Rupert Murdoch. Fox News and FS1 are not part of the deal.
20th Century Fox movie and television studios; 22 regional cable networks dedicated to sports; Fox’s stake in the Hulu streaming service; cable networks like FX and National Geographic are all said to be part of the packaging.
The sale would make Disney a powerhouse streamer. We should know tomorrow. Source: New York Times
