Drinking hot tea on a daily basis may help prevent the development of glaucoma symptoms. A new study led by a UCLA researcher found people who drank a cup or more of hot caffeinated tea everyday were 74 percent less likely to suffer from glaucoma than those who drank coffee, soda, or even iced tea. The World Health Organization says glaucoma, which can lead to blindness, affects more than three million Americans.
