Firefighters Rescue Deer from Frozen Lake

Firefighters in Colorado are being credited with helping to save a deer from a frozen lake.

The deer was stuck in freezing water in Lakewood when the fire department's dive team was called out to help. The buck was actually standing, but was too tired to get out of the frigid water himself.

The rescue team broke through the ice, grabbed the deer's antler's and brought it to shore, where it warmed up in the local police department's animal control van.

A similar incident happened last month in Oregon.
