There may be a modern day gold rush in Scottsdale, Arizona. There's a piece of property for sale in the city that's nearly 120 acres for almost three-million dollars but it comes with it's own gold mine. The company brokering the sale says prospectors found gold on the mountain around 1874, and early geological studies indicate that there could be 60-million dollars worth of gold still in the mountain. It's unclear how much work it will take to get the gold, but the real estate company says there may be 50 tunnels inside which early miners used to hunt for gold.
