A Florida man collected his second $1 million jackpot in just over four years this week. The Florida Lottery said that 60-year-old Lubomir Richvalsky purchased a $10,000,000 World Class Cash Scratch-Off game from a Publix store in Sarasota and scratched off a $1 million.
Richvalsky took the lump sum option and left with $748,000. He previously visited the lottery headquarters back in January after winning the $1 jackpot.
