University Loses Plutonium

What the Hell

A large fine is being slapped on  Idaho State University after the institution lost plutonium.  The school  used the substance for research in the past and realized earlier this  year it was missing.  University officials say the sample does not pose a  public health risk but an 85-hundred dollar fine has been issued.  The  U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission was notified, and although I-S-U  believes the substance was transferred to a licensed disposal facility,  no records have been able to prove that.
