Another day, another altercation on a plane.
As a United Airlines flight bound for Houston was boarding in San Francisco, a passenger became irate when he and his wife were asked to move out of another passenger's assigned seat.
The man allegedly assaulted the flight attendant, hitting her multiple times, and then made his way to the door while threatening to open it and jump out.
The incident was caught on video.
United Airlines released the following statement after the incident.
"On Sunday night, our team at San Francisco International Airport immediately contacted law enforcement officials after a customer became disruptive during boarding. We're grateful to our team in San Francisco for their professionalism in this situation and for looking out for the safety of our customers and their fellow United employees."
The man was removed from the plane, arrested, charged with battery, and released.
