Dolly Parton has released a new song dedicated to her late husband Carl Dean. Dean died this week and this morning, Parton dropped “If You Hadn’t Been There” with a video on YouTube. Art for the song was shared through the singer’s Instagram. Dolly wrote in the caption “Carl and I fell in love when I was 18 and he was 23, and like all great love stories, they never end. They live in memory and in song, and I dedicate this to him.”
